Age gate and accounts-only access.
Store access can be open, age-gated or accounts-only. Minimum age is configurable from 18–25. We choose the access settings with you instead of assuming one threshold is appropriate everywhere. The configured minimum age and checkout attestation are stored on each order, with attestation text configurable for your store.
An age setting records a store requirement. It is not a legal assessment or a promise about a visitor's identity. You decide with your counsel what your business requires, and we configure the available controls around that decision.

Block the states and countries you choose.
Local rules vary and change. We configure US-state and country blocks from the destination decisions you supply. We do not identify which states ban which products, or tell you where selling is lawful. Decide with your counsel and keep those decisions under review.
Destination controls sit alongside access modes and disclaimers. They address different parts of the store. A configured block is not processor approval and does not remove your responsibility for the products and copy. Not legal advice.
Batch lab results.
Free-form test panels can hold alkaloid content, heavy metals and microbial rows. Each row includes a test, method, result and pass, reported or fail status. A lot record also holds the laboratory, accreditation, test date and certificate PDF. We load your supplied evidence, not our own test results.
Public batch-number lookup works without an account and is case-insensitive. Product pages list every past batch, and product cards can show a COA pill. Private lots stay out of public lookup. This keeps a particular certificate attached to its batch instead of asking customers to interpret a general testing page.

Copy checker.
The copy checker's rules were written for research-use stores and are not configurable per store. It flags disease or treatment language, weight-loss claims, dosing, human-use framing and wording such as ‘clinically proven’ or ‘FDA approved’. On a non-RUO store, some normal category wording can be flagged too. We choose warn or block mode with you. Off mode is also available. This is a copy check, not a legal review.
We set the mode with you for a kratom store. We do not claim the research-use rules become a kratom-specific legal checklist. Your team and counsel retain responsibility for the wording you publish.

Disclaimers and checkout attestation.
We configure disclaimer text at add-to-cart, cart and footer. The checkout attestation text is configurable and stored with the order. Supply the wording your counsel approves rather than rely on a generic message as a conclusion about your business.
Wholesale page with quote form.
The Scale build includes a wholesale page with a quote form. This gives prospective trade buyers a place to submit an inquiry. It is not a promise of a separate wholesale payment gateway or subscriptions. We scope the page and form around the information your team needs to review.
SEO when ads are limited.
Metadata templates, JSON-LD, an image sitemap, redirects and a bulk SEO editor are built in. The store also has a native blog with RSS. These tools support publishing useful catalog and documentation pages when advertising options are limited. They do not guarantee rankings or allow restricted advertising.

Checkout includes Stripe Payment Element and manual bank transfer, Zelle or crypto payments, marked paid by staff. A provider interface connects an approved high-risk processor, with the integration scoped per build. Processor policies and approval remain the provider's responsibility. Manual crypto payments are not a native crypto gateway. Native NMI, Authorize.net and ACH gateways are not built in today.
We deploy the store into your own code repository, Vercel project, Turso database, media storage, domain and email-sending accounts. There is no monthly platform fee to us. You pay hosting providers directly, and ongoing support is optional. At launch we transfer the accounts and provide a recorded walkthrough. You own the working store, not just its exported pages.

Can I sell wholesale?
Yes. The wholesale page with quote form is included in the Scale build. We scope its content and the information you need from trade inquiries on the call.

No. We build software. You handle products, suppliers, pricing, lab testing, legal review and processor applications.
