Terms of service

Please read these terms before using this website or engaging Agency Collective LLC ("we", "us" or "our") for a Peptide Website build.

Acceptance

By using this site or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What we provide

We build custom e-commerce stores for research-use-only brands on our Peptide Website platform and deploy them into accounts the client owns. Scope, price, timeline and handoff for each build are set in a separate signed project agreement, which governs if it conflicts with these terms. Ongoing support is optional and agreed separately.

What we do not provide

Client responsibilities

The client operates its store and is responsible for its products, copy, claims, customer data, policies, payments and compliance with the laws that apply to its business. Compliance tools in the platform support review; they do not replace legal advice.

Ownership

On completion and payment under the project agreement, the client owns the delivered code and the accounts it is deployed into, including hosting, database, media storage, domain and email sending. Third-party services are paid for by the client under those providers' terms.

Site content

Content on this site is for general information. Screenshots show a demo store with sample data. We may change or remove content at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Liability for builds is defined in the project agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules.
