Booking a call
Calls are scheduled through Calendly, a separate service. Details you enter there are handled under Calendly's own terms and privacy policy, then shared with us so we can hold the call.
Client stores we build
Stores we build are deployed into accounts the client owns. The client is the operator of that store and is responsible for its own privacy policy and for the customer data it collects. We only access client systems as the client permits, to deliver or support the build.
Analytics and advertising
- We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure page views, content views, booking-scheduler opens and completed bookings, and to measure and improve our ads on Meta.
- The pixel can set cookies and send Meta information such as the page address, browser and device details, and the event.
- We don't send names, emails or booking details to Meta.
- Booking runs in Calendly's scheduler, which is governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
- We honor the Global Privacy Control signal by not loading the pixel. We also don't load it for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or when we can't determine a visitor's region.
- You can also limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Meta ad preferences.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their marketing. We may share it:
- With service providers we need to run our business, such as hosting, email and scheduling.
- To comply with applicable law or legal process.
- To protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, our company or the public.
