Migrating a Peptide Store off WooCommerce Without Losing Rankings
Plan an RUO store migration from WooCommerce: protect URLs, transfer catalog data, preserve customer records and monitor search visibility after launch.
Read the guideA notice from Shopify is stressful, but the first hour matters less than the next week. Work through the steps below in order. Some depend on whether you still have admin access. We cannot recover data from a closed store or speed up an appeal; we can help you rebuild on infrastructure you own.
Note whether the store is paused or closed, whether payments are affected and whether you still have admin access. If you believe it is an error, use the appeal route Shopify gives you in the notice. Keep a copy of every message.
If you still have access, export products, customers and orders as CSV files, download your product images and export your reviews from your review app. Save copies outside Shopify. If access is gone, gather what you hold elsewhere, such as email lists and supplier files.
Find where your domain is registered and who controls DNS. A domain bought through Shopify or held in someone else's account can slow a move. Make sure the registrar login is yours.
Moving the same copy to a new processor tends to repeat the problem. Review product copy, claims, dosing language and what sits alongside your products before you apply elsewhere. Our free copy checker gives a quick first pass.

Send a short, plain email once the new store is ready: what changed, where to find you and that their account may need a new password. Keep it factual.
Moving fast is tempting, but a rushed move can carry the original problem with it. Write down what the notice said, which pages or products it referenced and which payment provider you plan to apply to next. Read that provider's current policy for your category before you rebuild. Platform access and payment approval are separate decisions.
Then decide what you need the new store to do: lot records and COAs per variant, a copy checker that runs on every edit, attestation and age stored on orders, blocked countries and states, and ownership of the accounts. Compare options against that list rather than against the old store's apps.
The Growth build includes Shopify migration and 301 redirects. Products move through CSV import and reviews through Judge.me or Shopify review import. The new store runs in accounts you own, with a copy checker, lot records and an approved-processor interface scoped per build. We do not guarantee processor approval.

No. Appeals go through Shopify's own process. We can help you plan a rebuild while you wait.
301 redirects from your old URLs to the new ones help search engines and visitors find the new pages. Rankings still depend on many factors, so we do not guarantee them.
No platform guarantees approval. Processors decide. Fixing the copy and catalog issues that triggered the review matters more than the platform.
We can review your catalog, documentation, payment requirements and team workflows on the call. No promises on revenue, rankings or approvals.
